Color Management: Achieving What You See Is What You Get
Color management is not simply about reproducing a color. The real challenge is ensuring that the color you see today remains consistent tomorrow, across different production batches, and even on different devices.
Haurtyi achieves this consistency through standardized color spaces, ICC profiles, and precision color measurement tools, establishing a common color language across scanners, displays, digital proofing systems, printing presses, and other devices throughout the production workflow.
In prepress, getting it right the first time is essential. Haurtyi utilizes the professional-grade X-Rite i1Pro 3 spectrophotometer for precision color measurement and display calibration, combined with professional BenQ SW/PD monitors and expert color management services from T-Lab Color. Through professional calibration, our displays are brought to standardized color conditions, providing a reliable foundation for consistent downstream print quality.
We then use Canon professional wide-format printers to accurately simulate the final printed output, enabling a true What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) workflow. This standardized process facilitates more effective communication during proofing and before production begins.
In prepress, we also utilize SpectroPlate plate measurement systems. Equipped with high-precision optical sensors and advanced image-recognition algorithms, the system helps Haurtyi precisely monitor and control plate and prepress quality.
We further apply color-managed ink curve engineering to establish printing conditions tailored to the characteristics of each printing device, substrate, and ink. This ensures that color remains accurate, stable, and controllable throughout the manufacturing process.
The essence of color management is not simply making a color look right. It is about establishing standards, measurable parameters, and repeatable results.
From the initial design stage to the completion of the final paper bag, Haurtyi Paper Bags is committed to ensuring that every color follows a defined and measurable standard.
Our goal is to make printing more than just looking the same—
we make it consistent, every time.
